The lessons are based on the following topics and&nbsp;progression through the syllabus is based on performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>On the ground<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation for flight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxiing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Control of the aircraft in normal flight<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effects and operations of controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Straight and level flight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climbing and descending<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turning the aeroplane<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take-off and landing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operations in the vicinity of the aerodrome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced manoeuvres<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stalling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short field takeoff and landings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forced landings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precautionary search<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crosswind circuits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slide slipping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Theory<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The theory side of the training consists of the following topics and exams for each must be completed before you can obtain you Pilots Certificate.
